What it means to live in a High Vibrational State

“Stop thriving to vibrate highly and start thriving to vibrate authentically”
- unknown

Being in a high vibrational state does not mean that you do not go through heavy emotions. Instead, it means that through heavy emotions, you choose to remain authentic, to feel those emotions. To be aware that e-motion is energy in motion. It means that you choose to navigate the wave of those feelings of lower frequencies by honouring yourself and what your body craves and soul calls for — it be sleep, crying, screaming, moving… any type of self-care to bring yourself back into balance and alignment. To limit the chances of natural consequences, ideally, something that is not harmful to yourself, others or the environment.

Living in high vibration means living authentically.

You can still manifest your desires when feeling “negative” emotions. If you can notice them, you are one step closer to the regulation of them and to the release. Your awareness really is key. You notice, you feel the feeling and observe, you let it go when it is ready to be let go of. Time is not factor.

You can let the emotion, the hurt, the pain be seen and felt without giving it full control. Without feeding into it. Without giving it more power with excessive thinking and worrying, but by giving it space by allowing yourself and the moment. By sitting with the feeling. By allowing yourself to collapse into your own arms. By feeling the depth of what needs to be felt. How it needs to be felt. Honouring your whole being. Learning to become an observer of your own entire being with curiosity, compassion and an open heart. Learning to soothe yourself and transmute your feelings through art, poetry, music, dance and so much more.

Emotions will continuously come and go; they are a compass for your soul. Let go of the habit of suppressing your feelings and learn to become an observer of the visceral sensations accompanying them.

Surf the wave; know that there will be a peak and the peak will go down eventually.
