Neuroplasticity

Each time we do something new, it sends a new electrochemical signal to our brain. Experiences reorganize the neural pathways in our brain. Repetitive stimulation of those neural pathways through studying and practicing strengthen and reinforce the synaptic communication (signals) between our neurons. The brain can actually “rewire” and “re-organize” itself after brain damage. Neuroplasticity is our brain’s ability to change and adapt, and to retain and memorize the new things, informations and habits we acquire. We are able to reorganize our brain by forming new connections, strengthening or weakening existing ones, and changing how our circuits are wired.
